The city council aims to work with partners who wish to sponsor events in Sunderland to ensure that they achieve their corporate objectives.

A wide range of packages are available at all of the major events held in the city.

Hospitality

VIP Hospitality Packages are available at most of the citys major events. At outdoor events these packages offer the opportunity to entertain any number of guests from 2 to 400 each day in corporately furnished marquees.

Quality catering packages offering a wide choice of cuisine are available to enable you to select your choice of menu and individually tailored packages can be developed to meet your companys requirements.

Licensing

All of the citys designated event locations have been licensed in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

Temporary event notices will need to be applied for if alcohol is to be sold on site. The Events team can assist with this process.

Accomodation

Sunderland has a range of options to suit all tastes and budgets with accommodation available in the heart of the city, on the stunning coastline, or in surrounding villages and countryside.
